New York Dear Sir: Yours of 30th alt. rec'd, I had to send back John Scanlon's mtge for correction, the name being signed wrong, expect it back last of this week when it will be forwarded to you at once. Lanhard Brack's mtg is being recorded. Louise C. Waterman intends paying in full in a few days hence mtg not executed. Charles C. Oakes mtge will be recorded as soon as you send me Mr Durant's deed which was sent to you Sept. 21st last to have same executed by Mr. Durant. Please have it done as soon as possible.
