Dear Sir, Your telegram of this date recd, and agreeable thereto I have telegraphed your acceptance of Sherman's offer to Poweshiek Co, and herewith enclose "Contract" in conformity with my letter of yesterday's date, to be executed by Thos C. Durant and returned here. I have sent a "duplicate", and notes to Poweshiek Co. for __ Sherman to execute. Yours truly Jno L Coffin Contract will not have to be acknowledged.
