Durant duly recorded in Iowa County- Note, that certificates of acknowledgment to be recorded in Iowa must state "that the party is personally known" and "that they acknowledge the same to be their voluntary act and deed" Unless these two things are stated, the deed has been decided invalid by the Supreme Court of Iowa ( an elective judiciary of counsel), who were probably paid for doing it Yours Truly Jno L Coffin
