Boston, Dec 24 1874 H C Crane, Esq, Atty Dear Sir, Your telegram rec'd & answered - four days will be required from receipt of deed - that is the purchaser can, by use of telegraph, satisfy himself in that time - It is customary to allow time for investigating little - generally 10 to 30 das.
