Durant for 240 acres Story Couty and 40 acres Harrison Co, respectively, all duly recorded - I am offered through my Story Co agent - $5- per acre for the 240 acres in Story County, 1/3 cash and balance in "1 and 2 payments" (probably means 1 and 2 years) 10% int annually, and from what he writes I advise you to accept it and enclose herewith warranty deed dated Dec 28th 1874, to ____ ______ for West half of South East 1/4 of 19.82.22 and SE1/4
