4-1-32-17 in possession of the C,RI & P RR Co, cuts off some 486 square feet of Baldwin's lot -- which, as sold him, contained 7.410 square feet, for $250 = Now he claims $150-- damages, and I would suggest paying say $25 if he will Quit Claim the lot as described in his deed and take a deed of the new lot as per recorded Plat.
