Dear Sir,
The purchaser of the Story Co. lands reports two liens on the same which must be removed to give Mrs. Durant - a clear title, viz:
In U. S. Circuit Court - T C Durant-vs. Supervisors of Pottawattamie County - Judgment for costs, against T C Durant for   $105.55
also, T C Durant-vs North Western Coal Co- Judgment against Durant for cuts   $22.05
These judgments are probably transfers and may have been recorded in other Counties, or perhaps only in this Story Co.  Do you know anything about them - ? if not settled, they will have to be, to give good title.
(Money?) and notes are ready when title is cleared - Purchasers name (grantee) inserted in deed, was T. C McCall of Story Co, Iowa -
