Say my check on Bank of Commerce July 22d for Seventy Six Hundred and Fifty Six Dollars - I have got Mr Bates the President of the Bank of Commerce to agree to take either 50 or 100.000 of the C. Mobilier stock but he will not be ready to pay for some two or three weeks - I am sorry you are so short of money how is it - how many shares are there to be taken up. how many may I dispose of if I can.
