9 P.M. Saturday April 16 1898 To worship God publicly is the duty of every man: and no man can be guiltless who neglects it. If a person can not get such public worship as he likes, let him frequent such as he can get The wisest and best of men have always felt it their duty and their interest to worship God in public In reviewing my forty years of Christian living I find that I have attended public servis at least on an average of once a day, and it has been a source of great spiritual strength I close up this day with a calm sweet peace in my soul desireing nothing but to know the will of the Lord that I may cheerfully do it
