[Jan. 29, 1873] 22 Earls Terrace Kensington [illegible] Dear Sir I must commence by aplogizing for troubleing you, as you will hardly know who your correspondent is unless I explain a little that I am the youngest daughter of Mrs Penrose formerly of "Bermuda." My eldest Sister (Mrs Thorpe) who is married, and myself, are exceedingly anxious to know my only brothers whereabouts, who left Mamma many years ago and went to New York, where we have heard of him once or twice but do not know now where
