Is two miles distant from Hudson R.R.R. depot and steamboat landing. The distance from the City is about 100 miles. The size of House is about 40 feet by 50 feet and has one wing; Has capacious basement, First floor, with parlor, dining room, three other rooms, waiters pantry and smoking or Venitian room to the south.
