WARRANTY DEED. H. Anstice & Co., Stationers, 23 Nassau Street, N.Y. This Indenture, Made the twenty ninth day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy four Between Thomas C. Durant of the City, County and State of New York, party of the first part, and Heloise H. Durant, of the same place, party of the second part Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Twenty four hundred & forty six 56/100 dollars to him duly paid before the delivery hereof has bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant and convey to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns for ever, All the following Real estate lying and being situated in the County of Powisheck and State of Iowa; to wit, the North fractional half of North West fractional quarter of Section Nineteen, Township Eighty North of Range fifteen, containing eighty seven and seventy six onehundreths acres; the South-East quarter of Section Thirty five in Township Eighty-one Range sixteen, containing one hundred and sixty acres, and the South West quarter of Section Thirty six in Township Eighty one North Range sixteen, containing one hundred and sixty acres With the Appurtenances, and all the estate, right, title and interest, ___ of the said party of the first part therein. And the said party of the first part, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, that at the time of the delivery hereof, the said party of the first party is the lawful
