Warranty Deed H. Austice & Co., Stationers, 23 Nassau Street, N.Y. This Indenture, Made the twentyninth day of July in the year or our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy four Between Thomas C. Durant of the City, County and State of New York, party of the first part, and Heloise H. Durant of the same place, party of the second part Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part in consideration of the sum of Nine Hundred and Sixty Dollars to him duly paid before the delivery hereof has bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant and convey to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns for ever, All the following Real-estate, lying and being situated in the County of Story, State of Iowa, to wit: the West half of the South-East quarter of Section Nineteen in Township Eighty-two Range Twenty-two containing eighty acres, and South-East quarter of Section Thirty in Township Eighty-three Range Twenty-four, containing one hundred and sixty acres With the Appurtenances, and all the estate, right, title and interest, of the said party of the first part therein. And the said party of the first part, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, that at the time of the delivery hereof, the said party of the first part is the lawful
