Warranty Deed. This Indenture, Made the twenty ninth day of July, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and seventy four Between Thomas C. Durant of the City, County and State of New York, party of the first part, and Heloise H. Durant of the same place, party of the second part Witnesseth, That the said party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of One Hundred and Sixty dollars to him duly paid before the delivery hereof has bargained and sold, and by these presents does grant and convey to the said party of the second part her heirs and assigns for ever, All that certain piece or parcel of land, lying and being situated in the County of Harrison in the State of Iowa, to wit: The South-East quarter of North-East quarter of Section Twenty-five in Township Seventy-eight North Range Forty two, containing forty acres. With the Appurtenances, and all the estate, right, title and interest, of the said party of the first part therein. And the said party of the first part, does hereby covenant and agree to and with the said party of the second part, that at the time of the delivery hereof, the said party of the first part is the lawful
