Report of Examination of L.C. Durant Porresheik Co. Land Sout East 1/4 11.80, 13 I think can be sold at $10. I tried it a few days since, came pretty near it, Will try it again soon. It is very rough on NW 40-but balance undulates very well, being just at head of slough which run down through Sec 14.80.13 Will put this at $9 but may sell for $10 by putting on steam. East half NW 14.80.13 The nearness to Rail Road and also only 2 miles NW of Victor makes the value of this 80. more that it otherwise is worth, and can be sold probably for $8. but it is only chance to get that, a very deep ravine passes diagonally from NW to SE corner, making it very rough, but improvements on West and South. $8.00 East half of NE 14.80.13 This 80-is just same as former only more so. It would have been sold long since were it not for the $10 scare, bear in mind these are the Bluffs of Bear Creek, with its slopes and ravines and sloughs putting southward to said Creek and the points are gravelly, and many small tributary sloughs which pass over the land. It is not worth more than $61/4. Could not get a bid of that today. We talk $10 but it stops Men's mouths immediately. Hence will pay $61/4
