This 1/4 might be divided N & S. without depreciating value of Either 80. if any choice, the East would be preferable, from fact that the Creek bears Northward, hence leaves less of the Creek Bluffs on it, should value this 1/4 taking in consideration rise of land since I sold 1/4 in 32 at about $[4?]. and probable immediate improvement E & W. NW 36 80 12 This is tough, cut up awfully by slough and that mighty Lake, Muskrat pond, along the East line there is a strip of good land, but irregularly shaped, but this tract or 1/4 is fenced on North and East sides, and hence comes in play for pasture for some neighbor, This 1/4 will be well sold at $4. I will treat to Oysters both you and H. Durant when it is sold for any more, yet it will bring more in time to come for goose pasture, I can't say now as my word honor is at stake on it, more than $4. S 1/2 NW 33. 80.11 This 80 is worthless, except to a man who owns W 1/2 SW 33, he could use it for pasture. It is cut all into pieces of from 4 to 10 acre knolls and they are covered with gravel or smallstone It is worth, just what some neighbor would give for it.
