Woods and Chauncey Blakeslee. All third of said purchase money, to wit, the sum of Thirteen hundred and thirty three(1333) dollars, shall be invested in interest bearing United States Bonds. Said bonds shall be deposited in the First National Bank of Davenport, Iowa, there remain until the conveyance as aforesaid of the Right of [Dower?] of the said Mrs. Heloise H. Durant be made, or until the said right of [dower?] becomes extinct by reason of th death of the said Mrs. Heloise H Durant, or otherwise, the interest on paid bonds to be paid to said Thomas C Durant, in the meantime as it occurs. In witness whereof the said parties hereto have hereunto [?]
