Newport, R.I., Oct. 27th 1868 My dear sir, We desire to call to your attention the estate of Col J. Dunnall, at Newport, and known as "Ringt Point". It is now for sale and possesses such beauty and advantages as to render it one of the most desirable places on the island. Located immediately upon the sea, with handsome jutting rocks, good house and fine lawn, its attractions are unsurpassed. Its surroundings are also of the most agreeable kind; having, on the one hand, the residency of John Paine and Gardner Brewer Esqs, and on the other that of Wm H Reynolds, Esq. and in its immediate vicinity are the mansions of Genl Cadwallader
