May 19th 1873 Dear Sir, The annexed diagram represents a very valuable property on Prince Street, just west of Broadway & in rear of Ball Black Do's store, an unusually commanding position in the heart of the Central & much sought for building location for the future Dry Goods Trade the prospective value is so very great that it seems idle to mention it & the opportunity now offered presents a splendid opening to invest at the Market figures of to-day; or for the immediate erection of a first class store (in place of the old building thereon) which would at once yield a very[illegible] total The property is placed in my hands for immediate sale by order of the Trustee.The favor of a call from you will be esteemed by yours truly Wm.
