OFFICE OF THE American Express Company. Omaha, Oct. 3. 1866 T. C. Durant, Esq. Vice. President U. P. R. Rd. New York. Dr Sir: I am instructed by our Supt. Mr. Thomas Adams of Dubuque. [Ia?]. to present the enclosed Pass to you. We have been running the Union Pacific Road, ever since Regular Trains were put on, & have met nothing but uniform courtesy from those in charge.
