to call your attention to three points. First - that this disposition of the securities was in flagrant violation of the terms of the injunction. Second - that upon very familiar and well settled principles of law a pledgor is not allowed by the use of any forms however explicit to deprive himself or those whom he represents of the right to redeem, and Third - that the Trustees will be required by their beneficiaries to redeem and will be held to a rigid accountability for any loss that may be sustained by their failure to redeem or in consequence of any thing done by them in the premises.
