Story of My Club Work I have been in the Home Furnishing club for two years now and I like it, because I think it is the most wonderful work a body can find. We learn many and many things in our club work. Most of all I think making rugs is simply wonderful. I have made a braided rug, and have a hooked rug started. I have lots of enjoyment working at them. Although I didn't get to demonstrate on this work, I helped train our county team, which went to the State Fair. Next year our work will be canning. I am very anxious for this to come because I know it is going to be interesting. I have taken Home Economics in High School now for two years, and I hope I can follow out this project. I have planned to beome a Home Economics teacher after I graduate and when I was at the 2nd Convention at Ames, I know and plan that I'm coming to Ames College in two more years when I graduate.
