At this meeting Mrs Bakke gave some  literature which helped us a great deal. The three preceeding  pages 
is what she gave us. Hotel Etiquette is one, I was glad for this as if the other girls were inexperienced as I was, it 
helped them a lot. The next page is songs which we girls learned so as to sing them as a group. Then the 
financial Blank, helped us to keep our expenses just right. We had some system this way of keeping it, instead of a place in your note book, and to you might forget to jot little items down.
The envelope above was what we put our money in and  stored it in the large vault down on the main floor of the Hotel. This kept us from worrying about losing 
our money, and it naturally took a weight off of our minds. 
Sunday afternoon we registered on the mezzanine floor, here we received our badge, ticket booklet, program, and Congress
