6 A Baker's Dozen of Dont's for a 4-H Club Girl Example: 1. Don't forget that whole wheat bread contains the minerals you need for good red blood. 2. Don't cover your bread while cooling 3. Do not wrap your loaves of bread in cloth. 4. Don't add too much sugar. 5. Don't let your bread get too light. 6. Don't set your bread on metal while rising. 7. Don't kill your yeast by using too hot milk. 8. Do not add the fat until the dough is partially mixed. 9. Do not forget to add salt for flavoring. 10. Don't make your dough too stiff. 11. Don't bake more than one loaf in a pan. 12. Do not greese your bread after baking. 13. Do not have too high of Temperatures.
