Mrs. Parsons reported that man in cemetery worked to Oct. 15th. 340 lots were cared for during summer and remaining in treasury. (Gen. fund) She was allowed a request for stationary and receipt book. Miss Ora Cooper reported story telling at children's hours, and between 50 and 100 smaller children present, and 25 older children present. Rummage committee, Mrs. Waffle, Ch., reported 32 days open. $100.50 cleared. A success. After much discussion Mrs. Owen moved, Mrs. Effie Parsons second., to continue sale in library during winter. Carried. Mrs. Lothian gave a very interesting report of the district federation meeting at Toledo, which she and Mrs. Franz attended. Motion made that Delphian Society and Mother's Club be invited to join City Federation. Carried. Dues of $3.00.
