22 Mrs. Max Mayer reported for the ammendment committee and moved the adoption of the following section to be added to Bylaw I "The State charman of each state committee shall have proven to appoint as chairman of her committee in each congressional district. The County League of Women Voters shall be the unit of organization and shall elect a county chairman of each committee. Seconded. Unanimously carried. Adjourned. W. Bertha Van Alstine, Sec.
