II To invite the friends of the measure in an effort to secure such state and national legislation as shall be necessary to establish the same. Article III The officers of this society shall be a president, one or more vice-presidents, a secretary, a treasurer, who together shall constitute an executive committee, of whom three shall form a quorum. Article IV. Sec. 1. Any person who has received an invitation by a two-thirds vote of the members present at any regular meeting may become a member of this society by signing this constitution and paying into the treasury the sum of 50 cents annually, half of which shall be paid to the state association.
