XIII of a social and personal nature had been attended to, and which Mrs. Chapman moved be reported by the sec'y as the business of an "Adjourned Club Meeting," but which arduous task the sec'y es-caped through the leniency of the club, the meeting adjourned in good order. At the fourth regular meeting of the Political Equality Club held at the residence of Mrs. Lane, January 2nd 1892, at 2:30 p.m., the following officers and members were present: Pres. Mrs. Littell, Treas. Mrs. Det-wiler, and Sec'y Anna Mahara, Mesdames Miner, Boulton, Littell, Samson, Lane, Bear, Detwiler and Miss Mahara. The meeting was called promptly to order, and the minutes of the last meeting were read and approved. Under this head of communications the
