Mrs. Gray's Salad Breast 1 turkey & 1 bunch celery cut up moderately fine. Dressing. 4 eggs hard boiled. Mash the yolks soft. Add 1 teaspoonful salt, 1 " blk pepper, 1 " heaping mustard 1/2 gill vinegar or a little over. 2 teaspoonfuls olive oil. Mix thoroughly. The whites of the eggs cut up may be added to the dressing, which is not to be put with the salad till just before it is eaten
