74 Excellent Pudding Take a quart of cream and boile it with 2 Manchott Grated, one Nutmegg, 6 yolks and 4 Whites of Eggs, Well beaten, then beat the Eggs, Cream and Sugar, and Bread at least half an hour, then put it to a Pound of Beef Suet, finely minced, half a pound of Sugar a little Salt, bake it 3 Quarters of an hour In a quick Oven, this without Suet boild as long Is very Good pudding._._. Good Pudding. Take a Quart of Cream, and put to it a Pound of beef suet cut small, Season it with nutmeg, Rose water and Sugar, then grate 2 Manchots and beat 7 eggs very Well, put in half a Pound of Currants, mingle those all very well together, butter your dish and bake it not too much. Serve it._._ Good Pudding Take a Penny White loaf pare of the Crust, and Slice it thin into a dish with a quart of Cream, and set it over a Chaffing dish of Coals till the bread be almost dry, then put in a piece of Sweet butter, and take it off and let it stand till it be cold, then take the yolks of 3 eggs, with the White of One, with Some Orange Flower water, Sugar and Nutmegg, Stirr them very well together, and put into another Dish to bake, and be sure to butter your dish well, Serve it._._ Good Pudding Take grated bread and as much flower, then take 4 Eggs, and the Whites of 2, a good Quantity of Sugar, Wet it with cream the thickness of pancak batter, Then put in some raisons of the Sun, and butter your dish very well, and half an hour will bake it. Serve it._._. Beef Pudding Cut your Beef Stakes of the Rump, Season them high with Salt and Pepper, lay them in in the bottom of the dish
