Butter made with yolks of Eggs and flower Fry'd of a Gold collour, when your frigasee is Redy put in half a pound of fresh butter The yolks of Eggs, a little Cream, and the juice of a Lemmon. Another Way to Pickle Kidny Beanes. Take your Kidney Beanes, let them lye in Salt And Water 2 days, take them out and put Them in Water, and a little roach Allom, Set them over the fire till they be gree, then Take them of and let them lye till they are Cool, then put your beanes into it, and cover It close. Another way for kidney Beanes. Let them lie in Salt and water a day and Night, then boile them in water, Salt and Vinegar, then take them out to Coole them, then Put them in your Glasses, and put your pickle To them if they be not Green enough put in a Little roach Allom. To Make Bath Buns. Take 3 pounds of flower, one pound of butter Melted, 14 Eggs (leaving out halfe the Whites) Halfe a pound of fine Sugar, a Qarter of a pound of Carraway Comfetts in the inside, mix it up With a little Creame, then let it rise, and when It is prety Limber take a pound Sugar -- Carraways, and mix them upon top, after Your papers are butter'd, an So bake them.
