New. York. January 31. 1857 Messrs. Bush & Lobdell Wilmington Dela Gentlemen We accept your offer to furnish and deliver at Albany during the navigation season, the coming Summer. One thousand of your best make of double plate thirty three inch wheels at sixteen dollars and seventy five cents each, larger or smaller wheels at proportionate rates - to be paid for in the full paid stock of the Oskaloosa Division of the Mississippi & Missouri Rail Road Company at 80p.
