Gentlemen: We will make for you for the Mississippi Missouri Rail Road Co. one thousand of the best Double Plate 33 Inch Rail Road Car wheels, at 16.75/100 Dolls each - delivered at Albany N.Y. during the Coming summer, and receive in payment therefor the full paid 10pct stock of said company, Ascaloosa Division at 80 [pct?] due notice to be given us, of time for shipment.
