Hallett had [delivered?] to Fremont theese bonds 200,000 [&?] [illegible] Fremonts [receipt?] taken in her name for his benefit. Fremont now claims title under Mrs H [releese?]. The whole thing a deliberate fraud on Mrs Doolittle & Hallett's creditors.
