Mrs Hallett does [release?] [these?] to Fremont, although She has no interest in them actively As She must admit. [illegible] [illegible] Halletts [Creditors?] of a claim to $200 000 agst Fremont. Hallett had [delivered?] to Fremont theese bonds 200,000 [&?] [illegible] Fremonts [receipt?] taken in her name for his benefit. Fremont now claims title under Mrs H [releese?]. The whole thing a deliberate fraud on Mrs Doolittle & Hallett's creditors.
