Could not a Coal property like that - embracing 4.600 acres of the finest coal lands in the state - with the improvements having cost these original parties $1.500.000 in cash, without any watering process - be put on the market here, in the hands of a good party - at something like what its real value can be proven to be, & the excess divided among those who effect it? 2. Do you want to look at with such a view?
