tomorrow, to pay our current Road Expenses for Nov. & the men on "Construction Train"- Please don't think me over importunate, if I again ask you to afford necessary relief just as early as possible. The liabilities, with a few trifling exceptions are not of my incurring, and are therefore all the worse to handle or push off - strange as the statement may seem. The many failures of the past are so fresh in the memory of the people, that almost every one who was not fortified by some personal guaranty when his claim accrues, get dreadfully nervous if it gets a few days overdue.
