Saratoga Springs, Dec 29 1869 H.C. Crane Esq Dear Sir In my settlement with Mr. [Farigaud?] made today I have taken vouchers from him for $600 # in a/c of Services in addition to all his disbursements. You will find many vouchers returned by Mr Seymour one for $325 - also in a/c Services - These two cover all the payments made to him - besides disbursements - Yrs. resply. C.H. Ballard
