Crane Esq Dr Sir I enclose Dft in [M.l.?] to give order fro $5000 -- and will send another for $3000. tomorrow. Have made Dft today for $8500 -- 30 days which please protect Richards was quite disappointed at your not taking up the $5000 -- but after making up a [my?] face said "go ahead."
