Newport Decr 25th 1875 Dear Minny Durants case comes up for argument a week from to day [say?] Saturday [Buny?] [illegible]. The argument to be pursued is that [Herend?] has no right to here becaus he has not first formally applied to the President & Director of the [Mmir.?] [Percipio?] & Credit [Molrliss?] to institut units. The precedents and law on this permit an clear ending we can then by affvidavits of the officers or directors of those Co that no such applications was made by [Huzerd?] and required by them I think we can throw them out of court and end the suit.
