New York Dear Sir Enclosed I [hand?] you price list of springs manufactured by me, I shall be glad to furnish you with the Buffer or Draw springs you may need, and I will make you a discount of 15% from the list, on any orders you may favor me with in the next three months, and longer unless the price of steel advances.
