Greenwood Cemetery July 3 1868 TC Durant Esq Dear Sir, We have decided to remove the pipes away from the ground adjoining your 2 lots in the Cemetery, and also to give you the ground in front to the avenue, allowing you to put the terrace walk on the edge of the avenue, thus giving you about 6 feet addl. courtyard. The ground will cost $1,250, giving you about 21 feed more frontage, beside 6 feet more depth. Truly yours, [illegible] Wells
