we can spare our carpenters from the Mavin Mine, we propose erecting a "Whim" on the Cabin Shaft. which will aid us materially in our work & at the same time lessen the expense of hoisting water & rock. No “Certificate of Deposit” has been received yet, so that we have been unable to pay at this mine for the Month of October I remain Yours most respectly Chas Bonner T.L. Durant Esq.
