Durant Esquire My Dear Sir, I was here by one o clock as agreed upon remained here until nearly 1/2 past one where i had to [illegible] an appointment with Mr. Charles [illegible] and his lawyer arranged with him. Once my [illegible illegible] was through and back here by 2 o'clock. I awaited here until three o clock having another appointment I must have for half an hour I beg you not to leave until 4 o clock, I wish to get off this [illegible] and wish all cleared before leaving Truly, H.
