you will please let me know all about this matter and whether you will rent me the place and if so on what conditions whether sure rent or not and if so how much or a part of the crop the usual renting part of the crop is 1/3 of corn and wheat and oats and 1/4 [...] cotton though I prefer as I said before to pay sure rent or a stated amt and perhaps it could be [...] trouble to you.
