(PS adress me at Cobourn's Store Union County NC) my average crop an the place for the last 3 or 4 year has been some 3 [lbls?] Bales cotton & some 300 Bu corn with some 20 or 30 Bu wheat with some fur oats for feed although I made no oats this year I state these facts so that you may know about what the agricultural interest of the place is worth, that is the part which I work now I will just say to you that if you will rent the place to me - as I am settled here with my little stock & [Bflunder?], & would be troubled a good deal in moving - I will pay you as much or more than anyone else & take as good care of the place as any one as to my cultivation & care of the property you can refer to the same beforenamed please let hear from you immediately yours Respectfully.
