yes I do for I was there just a little while ago. was you. was. I will see now if I can get up before it rains to make my [?] whet he did, in the morning M. & him had quite a talk. M. told him how he should be up and about, &c. he was a going off when he shook hands with Father, myself Mother, said I expect to see us soon again Sep 3rd Today as I was sitting by the window sewing I heard some one stamping on the stone looking out it was Kellogg. whent in the house & Father was dosing came out & Mother came up from the yard, was around at the Johns. look after Will. whent down to the gate. came past the window. looked in when I happened to look up he [?] his hat & bowed. so very polite. sewed a while till I had my dress nearly done whent out. he [?] just as high as I was to shake hands. inquire after you well very is your health good. yes, but I dont find your father any better rather a little worse. O father I hope you will be spared with us a goode while O I hope you will not have that awfull pain as you have had a little while back O Jesus help me protect guide & cheer him with thy holy spirit O shed forth light on his soul give O give him that
