Mrs Stanton forwards me the enclosed letter from Jane F. Falker - but there is no postmark on it - hence I am unable to send her copy of our Head Quarters that she may see there is work for her to do - If you know her - please send her a copy & ask her to write to me direct - tell her too - I never edited a line of my brother's paper, last summer - save the one article giving statement of his case - medically - and that I did at a later date have opportunity to address the members of your Legislation, & had then nearly all of both houses present. Newspaper items are not very reliable authority to rebuke people upon - still though we know, how little truth can be had in them - they will make us believe them after all - will you, too give me what you think should be noted of Iowa - in our History - We want to make it as nearly cover every part & parcel of our movement in every state as possible - And will you not collect as many names & contributions for our Autograph Book as you can & send on - Hoping to hear from you & Mrs Read & Mrs Colby & the other good friends of Algona Iowa I am sincerely yours Susan B. Anthony
