Medicine given by J W Fisher. late chief Surgeon to the Metropolitan Police, on the first appearance of diarrhea, in time of Cholera Aromatic Confection, Six drachm. Tincture of opium, one drachm. Tincture of Cateches two ounces. Aromatic Spirit of Ammonia, one ounce Chloric Attics, two drachms. Peppermint water thirteen ounces. Mix, and give three tablespoonfuls every three or four hours till the diarrhea ceases.
