Spring Soup - Lady [Popharm?] Take a handful of charvel, three of celery, three jellices 2 heads of leaks & a little parsley, chop them all very fine, put them into a stew pan with a peice of butter and let them simmer on the fire for a few minutes Then add to them 2 quarts of broth and let them boil till it is reduced to 3 pints then take the yolks of 4 Eggs and a quarter of a pint of cream and mix them up together and put them to the soup just before it is sent to Table
