Biscuits ala [Curllese?] Take new laid Eggs as fresh as possibel you can get them put eight of them into the scales & as much sugar against them take out the sugar and put the weight of four Eggs of flour, if you would have them very light only put flour to the weight of 3 Eggs, take out 3 of the yolks by themselves in a pan with some Rasped lemon peel & the sugar beat them up a long time together then add the whites also well beat, then the flour by little & little to mix the batter pour this preparation into paper cases of what form you please strew sum fine sugar over them glaze them & bake them in a very moderate oven.
